Health Tips for Insomnia

Currently, the insomnia is one of the most common sleep disorders among adults worldwide.

  • If possible, always try to go to bed and get up at the same times. In this case, the routine is appropriate.
  • Before you sleep, try to take a shower with hot water, never cold or warm
  • Take some kind of physical exercise during the day (preferably early morning), but not right before bed
  • Avoid heavy dinners, but do not stay hungry. A glass of warm milk or a soothing tea can help you sleep.
  • If you drink caffeine, do it before three in the afternoon and in moderate amounts. Do not drink alcohol. Contrary to popular belief, although it may make you feel drowsy awakenings.
  • If you watch TV, try to avoid violent movies.
